If animals could say thank you for funds raised

YUMMY: Grade Four's tuck into the delicious pizza from Debonairs Oakdene.

ANIMAL Anti-Cruelty League (AACL) welcomed teachers and Grade Four learners from Trinity House Preparatory, Randpark Ridge, to their premises on June 28, to thank them for their outstanding fundraising efforts at their ‘Markdag’ this year.

AACL, a beneficiary of the school’s excellent fundraising efforts for many years, regards this annual visit by the Grade Four’s as a highlight on their calendar as it presents a wonderful opportunity to thank the children and show them how their donation will help to care for animals. Despite the chilly weather, great fun was had by all and the children especially loved interacting with some of AACL’s furry residents. All too soon, it was time for them to board the buses and return to school.

Debonairs Oakdene once again proved how much they support the local community and very generously sponsored the most delicious pizzas for the children.
