BOOYSENS SAPS arrested dagga sellers in Southdale and Bellavista in June.
The police were doing their daily routine patrolling around the Southdale area on June 13 when they received a complaint from one of the residents about an unknown male selling dagga to school learners.
SAPS officials wasted no time and attended the scene. The officers arrived on the scene and found the suspect. The suspect had dagga in a small ziplock plastic bag. The suspect was arrested and was taken to Booysens SAPS.
In a separate case in Bellavista, SAPS officials arrested a suspect in possession of 27 Mandrax, six Crystal Meth and 13 Cat tablets on June 12. The suspected was seized by the officials who were doing their daily routine patrolling around the community of Bellavista. Two police officials saw two suspicious-looking men standing on the street. The police introduced themselves, searched the men and discovered the drugs on one of the suspects.
The suspect was then arrested for dealing in drugs.
